Much of the video editing I’ve done has been with limited footage–one or two takes, no second camera, bad sound. You make the best of it. I’ve managed to pick up a few tricks to edit around errors, clean up sound and color, and generally get good results on a shoestring budget. Planning ahead and anticipating environmental issues is a plus.

Epilepsy warning for the soda video: very fast edits.

This was a fun project. We shot all the clips on site with the sound samples in mind. I went home and recorded all the foley in my kitchen, then composed the beat using those samples and timed the video edits accordingly. This ad ran all summer on Facebook.

This was a definite run-and-gun video. I shot all video, photos, and sound on a Samsung Note 4, wrote the voiceover copy, and edited. This video was used during a charity fundraiser as a success story.
